Snorkeling at Gili Trawangan, Meno and Air; full day trip your choice visiting 3 or 2 islands
We pick you up at your hotel at 9.00 am and drive to the harbor of Teluk Nare. From Senggigi this is a half hour ride. On the way you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of palm tree view on one side and ocean view at the other side. At Nipah we can see the Three Gili Islands waiting for us. Arriving at Teluk Kodek a private glass bottom boat is waiting for us to bring us to Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno and Gili Air. All the three gili’s are motor-vehicle free, only transportation there are cycles and horse cars. It takes us about 20 minutes to get to Gili Air.
Gili Air
Gili Air is the island closest to the mainland. Gili Air is still a laid back island with funcky bars and simple cafes in traditional bamboo style. Here our activities are snorkeling, seeing the beautiful underwater marine life and relaxing on the beach. We stay here about 1 hour and then our glass bottom boat brings you to Gili Meno.
Gili Meno
Gili Meno is the middle and smallest of the three islands, with the lowest population and the least number of visitors. Gili Meno is famous for its beautiful underwater marine life, underwater statues, turtle zone, beautiful coral and many color full fish. Our snorkeling journey starts here from the boat. We stay here more or less 1 ½ hour and then our glass bottom boat brings us to Gili Trawangan.
Gili Trawangan
The most well-known and popular of the three gili’s is Gili Trawangan. It is the largest island of the three and the furtherst from the mainland. Gili Trawangan is rated as one of top destinations in Indonesia and in TripAdvisor rated as one of the Top 10 Islands in Asia.
Activities on Gili Trawangan are snorkeling, diving, cycling and walking around the island. Many restaurants and bars along the shore side give you the opportunity for relaxing time. Here you can have your lunch and enjoy the rest of the day by relaxing, our glass bottom boat brings us back to the harbor of Teluk Kodek around 17.00 pm.
On the way back to your hotel we can have a stop at Nipah Beach to enjoy sunset time. After that we bring you back to your hotel.
